The design calls for a complex of three office and retail buildings for the family-owned M&W Invest. The buildings are located in Opatkowicka Str., in southern Kraków, along the road leading into the city from Zakopane. The office blocks for rent are 1,100 m2 in floor space each and have been designed in a column and slab system which allows the tenant to freely fit the space out later. The retail part of the retail and office building with some 900 m2 of floor space has been designed as a steel structure.
The form of the buildings is emphasised by a composition of vertical divisions of the façade: uneven vertical stripes of glass and wooden cladding. The uniform character of the entire development stands in contrast to the chaotic commercial buildings in the Zakopiańska Str.
